Circus Trinket jar with lid

Gone back to throwing on the wheel to create more trinket jars. 

Made with stoneware, glazed with multiple colors flowing down from the peak of the lid. Observe the flow of the glaze, you will find that these drips and lines act as guide for the lid to rest on the jar at its most natural position. 

Named this 'Circus' not just because it looks like a circus tent, but also hoping that it will become a treasure chest for its new owner to store some lovely pieces.

Please note that all ceramic pieces are handmade. There are no 2 bowls or plates that look exactly identical. Even if I tried to replicate, it might not turn out exactly the same just like us humans. We are all unique in our own ways. Some irregularities of form in every piece does not impact its usage. Do note that each piece is fired at at least 1250°C with lead-free glazes.
